Kaity Rodriguez, MSW, LCSW has been working with families for over 15 years. She is a firm believer that strong communities begin with strong relationships and marriages. She founded The Houston Relationship Counseling Center to equip communities of faith, as well as communities of color with the tools to build healthy relationships and stronger families.

Kaity believes that transformation happens on two levels: the conscious and the subconscious. As a result, she approaches sessions with a unique approach. Rather than simply, educating clients on alternative techniques and habits to consciously adjust, she also assists clients in getting to the root of their struggles. These struggles are often buried deep in the subconscious. Kaity empowers her clients with tools and insights on both levels, bringing more lasting change.

Kaity is the author of The Confidence Project Journal, as well as Welcome to the Couch: A Beginner’s Guide to Therapy. As a speaker, she has spoken to thousands of individuals on topics such as burnout, confidence, and healthy relationships. Kaity has appeared on several local and national programs sharing her expertise with the community including,The Wendy Williams Show, Spotlight New Jersey, and Houston Life.
